What to expect
Our distiller, or one of the two people she trusts with the still, walks you through a working day: how pressed grape skins become marc, how the gin basket is packed, and how we decide when a spirit is ready.
The tour ends at the Still House bar with the full Spirits Flight. If the still is running, you'll feel the warmth from the copper.

- Marc of Riesling Tasted beside the still
- Barrel-rested Apple Brandy Tasted at the bar
Included
- A 60-minute guided tour of the distillery floor
- The botanicals table: juniper, lemon peel and more to smell and touch
- The full Spirits Flight at the end
