Before and after
The work, in honest light.
No filters, no wet-look sprays for the photo. Tape lines and side-by-sides shot under the same light, so you can see exactly what changed.

Black hood, 50/50 tape line Left of the tape: the hood as it arrived, full of wash swirls. Right: after a two-step correction. Same light, same panel. Left half: Before. Right half: After. -
Tail lamp lens Fine scratches polished out of a red lens. The left half is done, the right half is how we found it. Left half: After. Right half: Before. -
105° contact angle
Coating, week one Rain beads on a hood we coated. Tight, round beads mean the coating is working. -
Mid-job
Side skirt, mid-job The front of the panel is polished and sealed. The section by the rear wheel still has road film on it. -
Coating going on Applied one small section at a time, then leveled before it flashes. -
Film, trimmed by hand Edges trimmed and wrapped wherever the panel allows, so the film line hides. -
Wheel barrels Brake dust comes out of the barrel with soft brushes and an iron remover, never a wire brush. -
Console and wheel Steering wheel and console cleaned with a gentle cleaner and left matte, not greasy. -
Foam pre-wash Foam loosens grit before anyone touches the paint. This is where swirl prevention starts. -
Finishing pass A soft finishing pad brings out the last bit of clarity after the heavier cut.
How we shoot before and afters
Same panel, same light, same angle. Tape lines split one panel so both halves sit side by side. We never use a gloss spray before an "after" shot, because you would not see that at home.
- Swirl-finder LED light for correction shots
- Daylight for coatings and film
- Your car on your job card, if you want the photos
