The last and best big Healey, in its most desirable colour-over-colour scheme.
$92,500 USD
Grade II — Older restoration, maturing
The Mk III BJ8 gave the big Healey its final, finest form — 148 bhp, a proper walnut dash and genuine 120-mph legs. This home-market-specification car is finished in Healey Blue over Old English White, the two-tone scheme most associated with the model.
Restored in the 2000s and cherished since, it has that lovely settled quality: paint with depth, leather just softening, and an exhaust note that arrives long before the car does. Overdrive, wire wheels and a tonneau complete the specification.
Graded Grade II — Older restoration, maturing under the Ferrobello grading standard. A high-quality restoration that has settled in beautifully — light mellowing of paint and leather, mechanically kept without compromise. Often the most rewarding grade to own and drive.
