Five services, one published rate card. Each one below carries its own numbers, what's included, and the piece of straight talk most tow sites leave out.
service 01
Light-duty towing
Flatbed or wheel-lift, cars through full-size pickups — quoted to the dollar before the hook touches anything.

- Wheel-lift hook-up safe for 2WD cars on good wheels $85
- Flatbed hook-up required for EV, AWD/4WD, and lowered cars $115
- Per loaded mile — wheel-lift $4.50/mi
- Per loaded mile — flatbed $5.50/mi
- After-hours (8 pm – 6 am, Sun & holidays) one flat adder per call — never a multiplier +$45 flat
- Soft straps and frame-safe rigging — no chains on your paint
- Loaded miles only: the drive to you inside our zones is free
- Photos of your car's condition before we touch it, shared to your phone
Straight talk. A wheel-lift is not a lesser tow — for a 2WD car on inflated tires it's equally safe and $30 + $1/mile cheaper. We'll tell you when the cheaper truck is the right truck, and we'll tell you when it isn't.

Winch-out & recovery
Ditches, mud, snowbanks, soft lawns — pulled out with rated rigging, priced by the situation, not by your desperation.

- Shoulder / lawn winch-out car just off the pavement, accessible $95–$140
- Ditch / deep mud / snow recovery includes rigging time and a second anchor if needed $140–$230
- Tow after the pull (if the car can't drive) standard tow rates apply — no “recovery pricing” on the ride standard rates
- Rated straps and shackles — never a chain around your axle
- The price range confirmed before the cable pays out
- A drivetrain check before you drive off — free, two minutes
Straight talk. Storm nights are when some outfits triple their winch rates. Ours are printed here and they don't read the weather. If the pull turns out to be bigger than described, you hear the new number before the winch turns.

Roadside assistance
Jump starts, tire changes, fuel delivery, lockouts — flat prices, and we'll tell you on the phone if a $65 jump won't fix it.

- Jump start + free battery test $65 flat
- Tire change (your spare) $70 flat
- Fuel delivery (2 gal) plus the fuel itself at pump price — receipt included $60 + fuel
- Car lockout $75 flat
- Flat prices — daytime and 3 am cost the same except the printed $45 adder
- Battery tested and the numbers shown to you, not just “it's bad”
- If roadside can't fix it, the visit fee comes off the tow
Straight talk. A battery that needs a jump twice in a week doesn't need a third jump — it needs a battery. We'll say so, show you the test numbers, and you can buy one anywhere; we don't sell them.

Motorcycle & EV transport
Bikes ride chocked and strapped on the flatbed. EVs ride the flatbed too — here's the honest reason why.

- Motorcycle per loaded mile $5.50/mi
- EV / plug-in hybrid tow standard flatbed rates — no EV surcharge no EV surcharge
- EVs and AWDs are routed to a flatbed automatically — you can't pick wrong
- Soft loops on bars and triple trees, never on paint or cables
- Tesla / Rivian / Hyundai tow-mode steps — our drivers know them
Straight talk. An EV's driven wheels generate current whenever they spin. Towed on its wheels, that current back-feeds a powered-down system, and the repair bill can pass $10,000. Every EV maker requires a flatbed, so that's the only way we'll tow one — at the same flatbed rate as any other car.

Heavy-duty & accident recovery
Box trucks, buses, RVs, semis, and collision scenes — published hourly rates, supervised recoveries, insurance paperwork done right.

- A recovery supervisor prices the job on scene — in writing, before work starts
- Itemized invoices your insurance adjuster will actually accept
- Scene photos and a signed inventory of cargo and belongings
Straight talk. Heavy recovery is the wild west of towing invoices — insurers call inflated rates their single worst problem with tow companies. Our hourly rate is printed here precisely so you can compare it to whatever number anyone else writes after the fact.
the unhook rule
If you get back to your car before its wheels leave the ground, we unhook it free. Every time, no argument. Ohio drivers have a right to a reasonable drop fee — ours is $0.
