Book a chair.
By name.
Booking goes to a stylist by name. New color clients book a 20-minute consult first; new cut clients book the service directly. The salon’s standing policy: we’ll never book you with a stylist you didn’t pick.

- BY APPOINTMENTAlways. We don't take walk-ins. The room is small and every chair is named.
- CANCELLATIONFree up to 48 hrs · 50% inside 48 · 100% no-show. We hold the chair for you, please hold it for us.
- DEPOSIT$100 to book; applied to invoice. We don't ask for full payment up front.
- STYLIST CHOICEYou pick. We never reassign. If your stylist is out, we'll offer a hold or a peer match — your choice.
- FIRST CUTNew cut clients book direct. No consult fee. The first 15 minutes are cut analysis on dry hair before wash.
- FIRST COLOR20-minute consult before the first color session. Free, separately scheduled. Lets the colorist mix correctly the first time.
- RUNNING LATE?Call us. We'll hold up to 15 min; beyond that we may have to shorten the service to keep the next client on time.
Why no walk-ins?
Because the room has nine chairs and the chairs are named. A walk-in either takes the wrong stylist or no stylist; neither answer is good for you.
Can I bring a reference photo?
Yes. Reference photos are useful but they're a starting point, not a finish line. Your stylist will tell you what's actually achievable on your hair.
Do you take new clients?
Yes. Most chairs have 2–4 new client slots per week. The booker filters for new-client availability automatically.
Tipping policy?
Tips are welcome but never expected. The team has a transparent compensation structure that doesn't depend on tips. If you tip, your stylist keeps 100%.
