Getting here
The 4 and 44 buses stop at 4th & Vine, half a block away. Two hours of free street parking on Yew after 9:30 a.m., and rack space for bikes right outside the door.
Arrive five minutes early, come with your hair as it lives day to day — how it dries, how it falls — and let your stylist meet the real thing before the wash house does.

Questions about levels, a service the menu doesn't quite cover, or anything you'd rather ask before booking. For appointments, the scheduler is faster.
Sent — thank you, friend.
In the real salon the desk answers within one business day. This is a design demonstration, so nothing actually left your browser.
Before you ask
The questions every first visit starts with
Which level should I book?
If you're new to us and budget matters, start with New Talent — same care, mentored formulas, friendliest prices. If you have a specific transformation in mind or a history of tricky colour, a Senior or Master consultation is worth the difference. Unsure? Call the desk and describe your hair; we'll match you honestly, even if that means the cheaper chair.
Do I need a consultation before booking colour?
Only for corrective colour and extension installs — those always start with a complimentary consult, because quoting them sight-unseen would be guessing with your money. Everything else books directly, and your appointment starts with a consultation in the chair anyway.
What's your cancellation policy?
Life happens — move or cancel up to 24 hours ahead at no charge. Inside 24 hours we ask for half the service price, because that chair was held for you. No-shows are invoiced the same way, once, with a gentle note.
Can I bring reference photos?
Please do — three is the sweet spot. Your stylist will tell you which parts of each photo your hair can actually deliver, and which parts are lighting, extensions, or a filter. That conversation is the whole point of the consult.
Your chair is the one with your name on it.
Pick a service, pick a stylist at the level that suits your budget, pick a time — booked in under a minute, confirmed on the spot.
