Colour & gloss
Colour that lives in daylight.
Salon lighting flatters everything, so ours doesn't get the final say. Every formula is checked at our north-facing window before we call it done, because your colour spends its life outside, in your kitchen and under office lights.

Sample review
"Noor walked me to the window to check the shade in daylight before calling it done. Seven weeks later, still no brass. The patch test two days before took five minutes."

Questions
Colour, answered
Why do I need a patch test?
Colour can cause skin reactions, even in people who have coloured their hair before. A patch test 48 hours ahead checks your skin is fine with the products we'll use. It's free and takes five minutes.
How long does colour last?
Most all-over colour looks fresh for 6 to 8 weeks. Roots show sooner on dark hair with grey. A gloss at week six stretches the time between full appointments.
Can you fix box dye?
Usually, yes. Book the free corrective colour consultation. We'll look at your hair, explain the plan, and give you the hours and the price before any work starts.
Cancelling or running late? Free to move up to 24 hours ahead; half the price inside 24 hours. Up to 15 minutes late, we'll still fit you in if we can. All policies in plain words
