Treatments & smoothing

Treatments that make everything else last.

Colour fades slower, blowouts hold longer and ends split less when the hair underneath is healthy. Our treatments are short, honest and matched to what your hair actually needs. Sometimes the answer is a $48 bond treatment, not a $300 one.

In the chair

How the appointment goes.

  1. Check scalp and strands

We look at your scalp, gently stretch a few strands and ask about heat and colour to choose the right treatment.

  2. Treat

Masques are steamed in, bond builders sit for the full time, and smoothing is sealed in small sections.

  3. Rinse and rest

A cool rinse closes the cuticle. Scalp rituals end with a few quiet minutes.

  4. Finish

A blow-dry, so you can see and feel the difference before you leave.

Sample review

"They did a strand test at my consultation before the smoothing treatment. Three months later my hair dries in half the time and I still have my waves."

Questions

Treatments, answered

Is your smoothing treatment formaldehyde-free?

Yes. We only use formaldehyde-free smoothing products. They soften frizz and make blow-drying faster without making hair poker-straight.

How long does smoothing last?

Usually 3 to 4 months, depending on how often you wash and which shampoo you use.

Can I add a treatment to my colour appointment?

Yes. A bond builder or masque adds 30 to 45 minutes. Mention it when you book, or ask your stylist on the day if there's time.

Cancelling or running late? Free to move up to 24 hours ahead; half the price inside 24 hours. Up to 15 minutes late, we'll still fit you in if we can. All policies in plain words
