What happens if plans change
48+ hours before — free
Free cancellation. Stylist time can be rebooked. No fees.
24-48 hours before — 50% fee
50% of appointment cost charged. Specific stylist time difficult to rebook on short notice.
Less than 24 hours — full cost
Full appointment cost charged. Stylist time lost; cost reflects that.
No-shows — full cost + future deposit
No-shows charged full cost + may require deposit for future bookings. Specific exception for emergencies.

Emergency situations: medical, family emergency, unexpected issues. Specific exceptions per case + provider discretion.

Add-on services at booking

First-time client free consultation
