The Cut
Three new clients per week per stylist. Cut consult is built into the first appointment; no separate consult fee for cut services.

The Color Session
Color sessions are booked after a consult. The consult is short, free, and gives the colorist what they need to mix correctly the first time.

The Babylight Session
Jemma's signature service. Books out 4–6 weeks. New clients require a 20-min consult before the first appointment.

The Curl Cut

Wedding hair, editorial styling, runway prep. Mira heads the bridal program; 60+ weddings per year. Booked through the front-of-house with Sara.

Men's Cut
Ren built our men's cut program. Half his book is editorial men. Books quickly — usually 1–2 weeks out.

Add to any color session. 30-minute treatment, refreshes tone between full color appointments.
Bond reconstruction during color services. Recommended for any session with bleach.

Add to babylight or balayage. Additional 45 minutes for finer placement.
Add to men's cut. 15 minutes; included if booked together.
Aveda scalp ritual; 20-minute add-on. Recommended monthly for color clients.
