How level pricing works
4–8 years behind the chair
Established stylists with a full book and a defined specialty. Most guests live here: proven hands, reliable results, appointments that usually open within the week.
9+ years, educator level
Our most-requested chairs and the people who train everyone else. Master pricing reflects demand on their calendar, not extra effort — every level gets the same care. Expect to book two to three weeks out.
Levels are about demand and experience, never about effort. Every guest gets the same consultation, the same products, and the same time in the chair — a New Talent appointment is simply the same craft, earlier in its story, at a friendlier price.

The wash house is not an upsell.
Every cut and colour includes the full basin ritual — a double cleanse matched to your hair, a conditioning masque while the scalp massage happens, and water kept warm, never hot, because hot water and fresh colour are enemies. It's in the price at every level. The only thing we'll try to sell you is a bottle of the shampoo you just fell asleep to, and only if you ask.
All prices are starting points for average length and density — long or very dense hair may add time, and anything unusual gets quoted at consultation before water touches your hair. No surprises at the desk, ever.
