About this piece
Why it's built this way
The Ellum is the piece the rest of the room gets arranged around. The frame is kiln-dried birch, doweled and corner-blocked; the seats are high-resilience foam wrapped in feather, so they read soft but recover their shape.
Covers are woven for us in 100% wool and poly-wool blends, and every cover is removable. The chaise ships as a separate module and connects with steel brackets — no tools past the one included hex key.
