The Trail Cap is the piece of kit that ends up in every photo, so we kept the branding to a tonal contour-line stitch and put the budget into fabric: a quick-dry recycled poly-cotton blend with laser-cut side vents that dries on your head in twenty minutes.
The brim is soft enough to crush into a pack lid or a back pocket and springs back flat. Adjuster is a metal clasp, not velcro, so it doesn't chew your merino collars in the wash bag.
