How field notes work
- Only people who bought the gear can leave a note, and we ask after their first real trip, not on delivery day.
- We never edit what you said. We only trim very long notes, and we mark it when we do.
- Low ratings stay up. When a note points at a real flaw, it goes to the bench and into the next version.
