What graduates reported, caveats included

Every number on this page comes with who was asked, how many answered, and what the number means. These are example figures on a sample site, and no school can promise you a job or a salary. What we can do is show you the full picture.

Methodology

How we count

Outcome numbers are only as good as the survey behind them. Here's ours, in five plain lines.

  1. Who we asked: every Class of 2024 graduate from the six programs (653 people), six months after convocation.
  2. How: an email survey with two reminders, then a phone follow-up from our institutional research office. 73% answered (474 people).
  3. "Employed or in further study" counts anyone in paid work (full- or part-time) or enrolled in more education. "Working in field" counts only jobs graduates said were related to their program.
  4. Salary ranges are the middle half of reported full-time starting salaries (the 25th to 75th percentile). Graduates who didn't report pay aren't included.
  5. Small programs swing more from year to year. Treat any figure built on fewer than 50 answers as a rough signal.

In their words

What current students tell applicants

“My first-year client project was a two-chair barbershop. I learned more about pricing in those twelve weeks than in any lecture.”

Jordan T. BBA, third year

“Simulation lab felt scary for exactly one week. By my first placement I'd already practiced the conversation I was most nervous about.”

Amira K. BScN, second year

“My co-op employer asked about my capstone in the interview, not my GPA. That's when the whole program clicked for me.”

Dev P. BSE, fourth year
