Tours

What a tour covers.

A tour is the best way to know if a center is right for your child. Ours happen while the rooms are busy, so you see a real day, not a staged one.

The route

Eight stops, about 40 minutes.

  1. Front door and check-in

How the keypad, sign-in and pickup list work.

  2. Your child's room

See the room for your child's age while it is in use, and meet the lead teacher if they can step away.

  3. Sleep and quiet spaces

The infant sleep rooms and how naps work for older children.

  4. Kitchen and menu

Where meals are cooked, the four-week menu and how allergies are handled.

  5. Outdoor yards

The infant lawn, toddler yard and the big yard with garden beds.

  6. The parent app

A live look at the updates you would get through the day.

  7. Tuition and the waitlist

Your exact rate, the honest wait for your room, and assistance if you use it.

  8. Your questions

Time at the end to ask anything. Nothing is off the table.

A checklist for any tour

Questions worth asking any center, including us.

Take this list on every tour. A good center will be glad you asked.

  1. What are your ratios and group sizes for my child's age?
  2. How long have the lead teachers been here?
  3. How do you handle naps, feeding and diapers?
  4. What happens when a child is sick or hurt?
  5. Can I read your latest licensing inspection?
  6. How do you tell parents about the day?
  7. What is included in tuition, and what costs extra?
  8. How does the waitlist work, honestly?

Before you come

Park in the visitor spots by the front door and ring the bell. We will buzz you in and sign you in as a visitor.

Bring your child?

Yes, if you like. Children often know before we do whether a room feels right.

Can't make a weekday?

Pick a 7:00 p.m. virtual tour, or call Marco Ruiz at (608) 555-0143 to find another time.

Pick a time that works for you.

It takes about three minutes: your child's age, the days you need, and a tour time. Joining the waitlist is free.
