Tuition and fees

Tuition in plain numbers.

Every price we charge is on this page. Meals, supplies and outings are included, the waitlist is free, and we accept state child care assistance.

2026 to 2027 rates

Each price is a range. For infants through pre-K and summer, the lower number is our core day (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.) and the higher number is our extended day (6:45 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.). For before and after school, the range runs from 3 to 5 days a week. Your exact rate is in writing before you accept a spot.

Paying for care

Child care assistance

We accept state child care assistance. The state program decides who qualifies and how much it pays. We bill the program for its share, and you pay the rest. Our office can explain how billing works and help with the parts of the paperwork that come from us.

  • Tell us at your tour if you have applied or are approved
  • Your family share is set by the program, not by us
  • We give you any enrollment letters the program asks for

Employer dependent care accounts

Many employers offer a dependent care account that lets you pay for child care with pre-tax money. Every payment comes with a receipt and our tax ID, and you get a year-end statement in January.

Not sure what you qualify for? The office can point you to the right place to ask. We will never guess at your eligibility for you.

The waitlist

How our waitlist works

  1. Join for free

Fill in the short form. No deposit, no obligation.

  2. Your date holds your place

Spots are offered in order of the date you joined. Siblings of enrolled children come first.

  3. We check in

Every three months we email to confirm you still want a spot, and tell you honestly how the list looks.

  4. A spot opens

We call you first, then email. You have 3 business days to say yes.

An honest note: Infant spots open least often, because babies stay with us for years. If you are expecting, join as soon as you have a due date. Toddler and preschool spots open more often, especially in August and January.
