After every single drive I got a written note — what they practiced, what was shaky, what to work on in the driveway hours. My daughter passed first try, but honestly I'd have left five stars just for the communication.

Greenlight owned the mistake and comped nothing — an apology and a fixed file, which is fine, but three stars is what it was.
