Men's health clinic · Midtown Tulsa
Labs first. Then a plan.
A private clinic for low testosterone, erection changes, weight and hair loss. Two morning blood draws and a licensed clinician decide what fits you. Sometimes the answer is no treatment at all, and we will tell you that too.

It might be testosterone. It might not.
Tired afternoons, a lower sex drive, a softer middle. Low testosterone can cause all three. So can poor sleep, thyroid problems, stress and common medications. A blood test, read by a clinician who knows the difference, is how you find out which one it is.
What men tell us at the first visit
- Low energy most days
- Lower sex drive
- Erection changes
- Low mood or irritability
- Poor sleep or snoring
- Weight gain around the middle
- Less stamina or slower recovery
- Hair thinning
- Brain fog
Partners often book the first visit, or nudge it. That is fine. How we keep it private
Programs
Six programs. One standard for labs.
Not sure which one? Book labs + consult and a clinician will sort it out with you.
How it works
Your first week, on one ruler.
Testosterone is highest in the morning and changes day to day, so we draw twice, early, on different days. Then a clinician sits down with you and every number.
- Day 1 Day 1 Book Online or by phone, 6-minute health form
- Day 2 Day 2 Draw 1 7:00 to 10:30 a.m., about 10 minutes
- Day 4 Day 4 Draw 2 A different morning, same time window
- Day 7 Day 7 Results visit 40 minutes with a clinician
- Day 8 Day 8+ Your plan Written down, even if it is no treatment
Already have two morning results from the last 3 months? Bring them and you may skip the draws. The full process
Full baseline panel
What we measure, and why.
Not 100 markers for the sake of it. The ones that decide whether treatment fits, and the ones we have to watch if it does.
-
Hormones
Total and free testosterone, SHBG, LH, FSH, estradiol, prolactin
Whether testosterone is low, and whether the signal starts in the brain or the testes. That matters for fertility.
-
Blood
Complete blood count with hematocrit
Testosterone raises red cells. Thicker blood raises clot risk, so we need your starting number.
-
Prostate
PSA, for men 40 and over
Testosterone can raise PSA. We want a baseline and a trend, not a surprise.
-
Metabolic
Glucose, A1c, cholesterol, liver and kidney
Blood sugar and weight pull testosterone down, and they shape every plan.
-
Thyroid
TSH
An underactive thyroid can look a lot like low testosterone.
Ongoing monitoring
Treatment is a calendar, not a prescription.
Week 0
Baseline
Before anything is prescribed.
What we check
- Two morning testosterone levels
- Complete blood count
- PSA (40 and over)
- Metabolic panel and cholesterol
- LH, SHBG, estradiol
What we decide
Whether treatment fits at all, and which form. Fertility plans and sleep apnea come up here, before the first dose.
Weeks 6 to 8
First recheck
Is the dose right?
What we check
- Testosterone, timed to your dose
- Hematocrit
- Blood pressure
- Side effects check
What we decide
Raise, lower or keep the dose. Most dose changes happen here.
Months 3 to 6
Settling in
How are you, and how is your blood?
What we check
- Testosterone
- Hematocrit
- PSA (40 and over)
- Estradiol if symptoms suggest it
What we decide
Whether the treatment is worth continuing. If symptoms have not changed, we say so.
Month 12
Year review
The full panel, again.
What we check
- The full baseline panel
- Blood pressure and weight
- A sit-down visit
What we decide
Keep going, adjust, or plan a taper. Your call, with the numbers in front of you.
Every 6 to 12 months
Ongoing
For as long as you are on it.
What we check
- Testosterone
- Hematocrit
- PSA by age
- Blood pressure
What we decide
Refills stay tied to current labs. A reminder goes out two weeks before each draw.
A reminder goes out two weeks before every draw. The lines we act on
Before you start
The four things we cover at every first visit.
-
01
Fertility
Testosterone therapy lowers sperm production. It often recovers after stopping, not always. If you may want children, we talk about that first.
-
02
Blood counts
Hematocrit rises on testosterone. We check it before you start and at every monitoring draw, and we act at 54%.
-
03
Prostate
PSA before starting for men 40 and over, then on a schedule. A fast rise means a urology referral.
-
04
Ongoing labs
Labs at 6 to 8 weeks, 3 to 6 months, 12 months, then every 6 to 12 months. No current labs, no refill.
No performance promises, here or in the exam room. Full TRT safety notes
Prices, before you book.

Reviews
In their words, initials only.
Sleep, training and weight are part of every plan, with or without medication.
"They drew my labs twice before saying anything. The second reading was normal, so no prescription. Saved me from starting something I did not need."
"I came over from an online TRT company. First visit here, they found my hematocrit was high and lowered my dose. Nobody had checked it in a year."
"Slow going. Six months in and it is mostly holding steady, which is what they told me to expect at the first visit. Nobody oversold it."
Sample reviews
Written for this demo, including the three- and four-star ones. A live site would quote the clinic's own Google reviews with permission. We never ask a patient to name his treatment.

Important safety information
Every treatment here is prescribed only after a licensed clinician reviews your history and labs. This is a summary, not medical advice. Questions
- Testosterone therapy
- Not for men with normal testosterone, prostate or breast cancer, or a high hematocrit. Can cause infertility that does not always reverse, raise red blood cell counts and PSA, and worsen sleep apnea. Requires blood work at 6 to 8 weeks, 3 to 6 months, 12 months and every 6 to 12 months after. Gel can transfer to others by skin contact. Testosterone is a Schedule III controlled substance.
- ED medication
- Never take with nitrates or poppers: blood pressure can drop dangerously. Get emergency care for sudden vision or hearing loss, or an erection lasting more than 4 hours. Common side effects are headache, flushing and a stuffy nose.
- GLP-1 medicines
- Not used with a personal or family history of medullary thyroid cancer or MEN2. Nausea and constipation are common early. Severe belly pain can signal pancreatitis or gallbladder problems and needs urgent care.
- Finasteride and minoxidil
- Finasteride can cause sexual side effects and mood changes, and it halves PSA readings. Minoxidil can cause shedding at first, scalp irritation and, as a tablet, dizziness or fluid retention. Benefits fade after stopping.
