Reviews
In their words, initials only.
We ask for a review once, after a visit, by a text that never names a treatment. Patients choose what to share. These are sample reviews written for this demo, including the critical ones.

Labs
"They drew my labs twice before saying anything. The second reading was normal, so no prescription. Saved me from starting something I did not need."
R.T. -
Monitoring
"I came over from an online TRT company. First visit here, they found my hematocrit was high and lowered my dose. Nobody had checked it in a year."
M.D. -
Privacy
"Front desk never said why I was there, on the phone or in the waiting room. The texts just say appointment reminder. That mattered to me more than I expected."
J.K. -
Pricing
"The prices were on the website and the bill matched. They told me up front the medication would be a separate pharmacy charge."
D.S. -
Labs
"Results took four business days, one more than they said. They did message me that it was running late. Clear explanation once they were in."
A.P. -
TRT
"Dr. Okafor talked through the fertility side before anything else. We are planning a second kid, so we went a different route for now. Appreciated the honesty."
C.W. -
Scheduling
"Video follow-ups are easy. I wish the lab opened later than 10:30, it is tough with my shift. Saturday mornings help."
L.H. -
Hair
"Slow going. Six months in and it is mostly holding steady, which is what they told me to expect at the first visit. Nobody oversold it."
T.N. -
Weight
"Came in for weight. They sent me for a sleep study first and it turned out I had sleep apnea. Not what I expected, but it was the right first step."
B.F. -
Refills
"Good clinicians, but I had to call twice to get a refill sent to my pharmacy. They said they changed how refills are handled after I mentioned it."

How we ask for reviews
- One text after a visit, never more. It says "How was your visit to Baseline?" and nothing about why you came.
- We never offer anything in return, and we answer every review, good or bad, without health details.
- Sample reviews written for this demo. A live site would show the clinic's own Google reviews, quoted with permission and initials only.
Labs + consult · $189 to $249
Start with a number, not a guess.
Book two morning draws and a 40-minute results visit with a clinician. If treatment does not fit, we say so, and you leave with your results and a plan.
Rather talk first? (918) 555-0143, weekdays 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Important safety information
Every treatment here is prescribed only after a licensed clinician reviews your history and labs. This is a summary, not medical advice. Questions
- Testosterone therapy
- Not for men with normal testosterone, prostate or breast cancer, or a high hematocrit. Can cause infertility that does not always reverse, raise red blood cell counts and PSA, and worsen sleep apnea. Requires blood work at 6 to 8 weeks, 3 to 6 months, 12 months and every 6 to 12 months after. Gel can transfer to others by skin contact. Testosterone is a Schedule III controlled substance.
- ED medication
- Never take with nitrates or poppers: blood pressure can drop dangerously. Get emergency care for sudden vision or hearing loss, or an erection lasting more than 4 hours. Common side effects are headache, flushing and a stuffy nose.
- GLP-1 medicines
- Not used with a personal or family history of medullary thyroid cancer or MEN2. Nausea and constipation are common early. Severe belly pain can signal pancreatitis or gallbladder problems and needs urgent care.
- Finasteride and minoxidil
- Finasteride can cause sexual side effects and mood changes, and it halves PSA readings. Minoxidil can cause shedding at first, scalp irritation and, as a tablet, dizziness or fluid retention. Benefits fade after stopping.
