What can move the price
- Extra labs your history calls for, like thyroid, prolactin or iron
- Which form of testosterone you choose, since the pharmacy prices differ
- Whether your insurance covers medication or labs at an outside lab
- Video or in-person visits do not change the price
If your labs say no
You pay for the labs and visit you had, and nothing else. No monthly plan starts, no medication is sent, and you leave with your results and our best read on what else could be going on.

Comparing options?
Five questions to ask any TRT service.
A low monthly price can leave out labs, visits or the medication itself. Ask these before you sign up anywhere, including here.
- 1 Who reads my labs, and when do I talk to them? Here: a licensed clinician, in a 40-minute results visit.
- 2 Do you check hematocrit and PSA, and how often? Here: before you start, at 6 to 8 weeks, 3 to 6 months, 12 months, then every 6 to 12 months.
- 3 Is the medication included, and what does it really cost? Here: not included. Your pharmacy bills it, so you see the real price.
- 4 What happens if my levels are normal? Here: no testosterone. You pay only for the labs and visit you had.
- 5 Can I cancel, and what happens to my care if I do? Here: cancel any month. We plan a taper and send your records where you ask.
Insurance, plainly
We are a cash-pay clinic. Here is what that means for you.
Visits and programs
Not billed to insurance. We give you an itemised receipt with the codes your plan asks for, if you want to submit it yourself.
Medication and outside labs
Go through your own pharmacy and insurance. We can send a lab requisition to an in-network lab if that costs you less.

Important safety information
Every treatment here is prescribed only after a licensed clinician reviews your history and labs. This is a summary, not medical advice. Questions
- Testosterone therapy
- Not for men with normal testosterone, prostate or breast cancer, or a high hematocrit. Can cause infertility that does not always reverse, raise red blood cell counts and PSA, and worsen sleep apnea. Requires blood work at 6 to 8 weeks, 3 to 6 months, 12 months and every 6 to 12 months after. Gel can transfer to others by skin contact. Testosterone is a Schedule III controlled substance.
- ED medication
- Never take with nitrates or poppers: blood pressure can drop dangerously. Get emergency care for sudden vision or hearing loss, or an erection lasting more than 4 hours. Common side effects are headache, flushing and a stuffy nose.
- GLP-1 medicines
- Not used with a personal or family history of medullary thyroid cancer or MEN2. Nausea and constipation are common early. Severe belly pain can signal pancreatitis or gallbladder problems and needs urgent care.
- Finasteride and minoxidil
- Finasteride can cause sexual side effects and mood changes, and it halves PSA readings. Minoxidil can cause shedding at first, scalp irritation and, as a tablet, dizziness or fluid retention. Benefits fade after stopping.
