Booking + scheduling

Logistics

  • Most one-time and recurring first visits are scheduled within 2–5 days. Same-day cleaning is sometimes available — check the booking tool for live slots in your zip.
  • Sometimes — depends on crew availability. The instant booking tool shows live slots in your zip code.
  • No. Most clients give us a lockbox code, garage code, or front-door code. About 70% of visits happen with the customer not home.
Quality

What if I’m not satisfied?

  • Yes — within 24 hours, free, no questions. Just tell us what wasn’t right and we’ll send the crew back.
  • Damage is rare but it happens. Report it, we cover repair or replacement up to $500 per item, $1,000 per visit.
  • Yes — for recurring plans. We assign a primary crew + backup. If the primary crew has illness or vacation, the backup steps in (briefed on your home preferences).
Pets + kids

Living situations

  • We work with pets routinely. Heavy shedders (large dogs, multiple cats) have a small extra. The crew is briefed on each pet’s temperament.
  • Your call. Most clients leave pets out — we’ve done thousands of visits with pets present. Some prefer to confine; we’ll respect either choice.
  • Default products are eco-friendly + non-toxic. We have hypoallergenic + fragrance-free options for sensitivities. Tell us at booking.
Money

Billing

  • After the visit completes. Card on file or we send an invoice — your choice.
  • Optional + appreciated. You can add at checkout or leave cash for the crew. 100% of tips go to the cleaners.
  • 24+ hours before visit: free. Less than 24 hours: $50. Recurring plans pause without fee.
