Can I really get the same pro every visit?

Yes. When you sign up we assign one pro. She's there every visit at the same time. About 92% of clients keep their assigned pro past 6 months — when there's a swap, it's usually because someone moved or stopped.

What if my pro is out?

We text you 24 hours ahead with a vetted backup. You decide: accept the backup, reschedule with your pro, or skip the week. Never assigned without your okay.

Can I request a specific pro?

Yes — note it on the booking. We'll match if she's available in your area. About 30% of clients ask for a specific pro after they've heard about her from a friend.

Can I skip a week?

Always. Free, every plan. Skip in the app or text your pro. The visit doesn't expire; we'll catch you next cycle.

Can I move to a different day?

Yes — change in the app. The schedule re-runs that night; we'll text you the new slot by morning. We try to keep your same pro on the new day if possible.

Cancellation?

Free up to 24 hours before the visit. Inside 24 hours, 50%. No-show is 100%. Skip is always free, separate from cancel.

Q · 04

Pause / cancel the subscription?

Any time, no fee. Pause for as long as you need; cancel takes effect immediately. We don't run renewal traps.

What do you actually clean?

Standard clean: bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, common areas. Deep clean adds baseboards, doors, switches, inside microwave/oven/fridge, cabinet exteriors. Move-in/out adds inside cabinets and inside fridge.

Bring-your-own products?

Allowed at no upcharge. Note it on the booking. We'll bring our HEPA vacuum and microfiber regardless — those are tools, not products.

Pets?

We work around them. Tell us their names and what scares them; we'll plan accordingly. Diana on the East Bay is the team specialist for multi-pet households.

What you don't clean?

Outside windows above first floor. Carpets that need shampoo (we offer it as add-on, not standard). Anything beyond what's on the checklist for your tier — ask, we'll quote.

Bonded + insured?

Yes. $1M aggregate bond. $2M general liability. Workers' comp on every pro. Insurance certificates available on request.

Tipping?

Optional. 100% to your pro. Suggested $15 — $25 per visit. Automatic in-app or cash welcome. We never take a cut.

Do you do commercial spaces?

Residential only. We refer to peer firms for office and retail — list available on request.

Q · 04

What if something breaks?

Tell us. We'll repair or replace at our cost. About one item every other month — we keep a log; we don't argue.
