Standard recurring
The recurring clean
Bedrooms
Beds made, dusting, surface clean, vacuum + mop, trash, mirrors. Linen change is an add-on.
Bathrooms
Tubs, sinks, toilets, mirrors, fixtures. All surfaces deep-wiped. Floors mopped.
Kitchen
Countertops, sink, stovetop, exterior of appliances. Inside fridge/oven add-on.
Living areas
Dusting, hardwood + tile mopping, vacuuming, glass tables wiped.
Detail work
Baseboards, light switches, door handles, mirrors.
Trash out
All trash bagged + taken to your bins (curbside if you ask).
Deep cleaning
Deep clean (one-time or first visit)
Everything in standard, plus...
Time + thoroughness for accumulated grime + neglected areas.
Inside cabinets + drawers
Where time-frame allows. Often part of the first deep visit before recurring starts.
Baseboards + window sills
Hand-wiped. Detail level a recurring clean can’t match.
Inside oven + range hood
Standard add-on; usually included on first deep visit.
Walls + door frames spot-cleaned
Where dirty without being a full wash.
