02HOW WE EMPLOY · 4 RULES
RULE 01

We hire slowly.

Six pros on the team. Two new pros a year, max. Onboarding runs 4 weeks before any solo visit. We don't gig-hire.

RULE 02

We pay above market.

Pros earn $28 — $42/hr depending on tenure. Bonuses on retention metrics, not on upsells. We don't run a referral commission.

RULE 03

Tips go 100% to the pro.

Always. Suggested $15 — $25 per visit, automatic in-app. Cash welcome. We never take a cut.

RULE 04

Background-checked + bonded.

Every pro background-checked through Checkr at hire and annually. Bonded for $1M aggregate. Insurance documents available on request.
