How a price is built
Four ingredients, zero mystery

$14 per bedroom, $22 per bathroom. Bathrooms cost more because they take the most time.

Standard ×1, deep ×1.5, move-in/out ×1.75 — the multiplier buys the extra hours, not a fancier spray.
− your frequency
Recurring visits get a standing discount off the standard-clean price: 10, 15, or 20%.

No memberships
Some platforms sell cheap first cleans, then auto-enrol you in a monthly membership with exit fees. We find that gross. Pay per visit, after the visit.
