About Daniel Osei
Daniel taught high-school civics for six years before law school, and it shows: clients leave his meetings actually understanding their own estate plans. He joined Aspen in 2015 to build the firm's planning practice around a simple promise — flat fees, plain English, and no document you can't explain to your own family.
His practice spans first wills for new parents, trust planning for blended families and business owners, and the quiet, patient work of probate after a death. He designed the firm's three planning packages and the what-goes-where binder every planning client takes home.
Daniel is the voice behind our planning quiz — its logic follows the same questions he asks in a first meeting, in the same order.
Away from the office: Daniel and his husband foster retired sled dogs, which is exactly as chaotic and wonderful as it sounds.
