About Tom Lindqvist
Tom joined Aspen straight from a judicial clerkship in the probate division, where he read hundreds of estates' worth of paperwork and developed strong opinions about how much easier most of them could have been on the families involved. He now spends his practice making that easier version real.
He handles Foundation Will Plans, powers of attorney, and the elder-law conversations families keep postponing: what happens if Dad can't drive, can't decide, can't remember. Clients consistently describe him the same way — patient. He schedules signing meetings for as long as they need to take.
Tom supports the probate practice and staffs the firm's free monthly document-review mornings at the senior center.
Away from the office: Tom is a third-generation Minnesotan who moved to Colorado 'for one ski season' eight years ago. He makes a militantly traditional cardamom bread every December for the whole office.
