A flat fee before we start

You see the number and what it covers in writing. If the job grows, we re-quote before doing more.

A redline you can actually read

Every change comes with the reason in one sentence, plus a one-page summary of the whole document.

A calendar so nothing slips

Annual reports and renewals are small, but missing one can cost a company its good standing. We keep the dates for you.

Already filed online?
We'll make it hold up.

A filing site can create your LLC. It won't write down who owns what, what happens when a partner leaves or how your CPA wants it taxed. Our LLC clean-up fills those gaps without starting over.

LLC clean-up

For companies formed online or years ago

Example fee $600 to $1,400

  • Operating agreement written for your company
  • Ownership records and missed filings fixed
  • Compliance calendar from here on

Questions owners ask first

Is the first consultation really free?

Yes. The first 30-minute call is free, with no obligation. We use it to understand what you need and tell you whether we're the right fit, then send a written flat-fee quote if you want one.

What does a flat fee include?

Exactly what the written quote lists: the documents, the calls and the rounds of changes. If something comes up that's outside it, we tell you and re-quote before doing the extra work.

How fast will I hear back?

A lawyer replies to every inquiry within one business day. If something is urgent, like a lawsuit you've been served with, call and say so.

Can you fix an LLC I already formed online?

Yes. Our LLC clean-up covers a missing operating agreement, ownership records and any filings that slipped. It's one of our most common requests.

Can you promise a good result?

No. No honest lawyer can. We promise a clear read of your options, the costs of each and our honest view of the odds.
