Service + speed
Same-day, turnaround, scheduling
- Yes. Drop off by 9am Mon-Fri (Sat 8am), pick up by 5pm same day. No same-day rush fee. Most Chicago dry cleaners charge 30-50% extra for same-day; we don’t. It’s our standard service.
Pricing + payment
Money questions
- Our prices are competitive with neighborhood Chicago dry cleaners. We’re slightly higher than discount chains; lower than premium services. Same-day at no upcharge is the differentiator. Eco-friendly cleaning is value-add.
Pickup + delivery
Free delivery questions
- 4-mile radius from our Lincoln Park location: most of Lincoln Park, Lakeview, Wicker Park, Bucktown, Logan Square, parts of Old Town. Free on $35+ orders. $5 fee on smaller orders.
Garment care + cleaning
What you bring + what we do
- Yes. GreenEarth Certified — silicone-based cleaning replacing PERC (the harsh chemical most cleaners use). Verified at greenearthcleaning.com. EPA + EU + California are all moving to phase out PERC; we’ve been ahead of this for 15+ years.
Alterations + tailoring
In-house service
- Yes — on-site, family-business expertise. Hemming pants, suit adjustments, dress fitting, button replacement, zipper repair, lining repair, wedding dress alterations. Same-day for simple work; 2-5 days for complex.
Lost-item + damage policies
What if something goes wrong
- We replace at retail. No deductible, no negotiation. Track record: 3 lost items in 22 years; we replaced all three immediately. Every garment barcode-scanned + photographed at intake. Hard to lose; we don’t make it customer’s problem when it happens.
