Statutory holidays we close, and the day before one we press a double run — drop by 10 as usual and everything still comes out at 5.

- Street parking on Pacific Ave is easier than Dundas itself most mornings

The steel chute beside the front door takes drop-offs around the clock. It locks as it swings, so your clothes land inside the shop — nothing ever sits on the street.

Any bag works. Grab a free Quickline drop bag from the dispenser beside the box if you're out.

Fill a drop card from the slot — name, phone, and anything we should know about stains. Cards and pens live in the weatherproof drawer.

The chute locks as it swings, straight into the shop. Nothing sits outside, ever.

We call it in
We empty the box at 7 a.m. and again at 10. Anything in by 10 on a weekday counts as in-by-10 — same-day pieces ready at 5. We text when it's tagged with your real total.

Name and phone number once, and you're in the system for good. We inspect every piece with you at the counter, flag anything risky (that's the stain-honesty policy), and hand you a ticket with the exact total — the same numbers as the price list.
