Do you alter clothes you didn't clean?
Yes — Helen's bench is open to walk-ins for alterations only. Bring the garment, she'll measure + quote in 5 minutes. Standard turnaround applies.
How does pickup + delivery work?
Schedule a slot via text or website. We come to you in a 4-mi radius; orders $35+ are free, smaller orders $7. Doorman buildings: leave with concierge or we knock.
