Same-day where same-day is true, and a straight answer where it isn't. Every turnaround below is the same one printed on the price list and quoted at the counter.

Dry cleaning
Suits, dresses, knits, and everything with a care label that says don't you dare. Cleaned in a gentle silicone-based solvent, then hand-finished on the press.
- Every garment inspected at the counter — we point out stains and loose buttons before you leave
- Stain honesty policy: if we think a stain won't come out, we say so before we try
- Pressed by hand where the machine can't reach: lapels, pleats, cuffs
- Per-piece prices published below — the ticket matches the list

Laundered shirts
Business shirts washed in real water, machine-pressed while damp for that crisp finish, on a hanger or folded into a travel box.
- Collars and cuffs pre-treated on every visit, not just when you ask
- Buttons checked and replaced free — we keep a drawer of 400 kinds
- Boxed shirts folded around tissue so they unpack without creases
- Five shirts or fifty — same per-shirt price, no bundles to decode

Tailoring & repairs
A real bench at the back of the shop: hems, waists, zippers, tears. Nadia pins every alteration on you, in the fitting room, before a stitch goes in.
- Free pinning and fitting — bring the shoes you'll wear with it
- Original hems kept on jeans on request
- Zippers matched by weight and colour, not just length
- If a repair isn't worth the garment's value, we'll tell you straight

10–12 weeks — good preservation can't be rushed
Wedding-dress preservation
Hand-cleaning, then an acid-free museum box with a viewing window. The 10–12 weeks is real: sugar stains and champagne need slow, repeated treatment to leave silk.
- Full inspection with you at the counter — we photograph and note every mark
- Invisible stains (champagne, sugar) treated before they yellow
- Acid-free tissue, museum box, cotton gloves for future openings
- Sealed only after you approve — you see the dress before it's boxed

Leather & suede
Leather needs its own chemistry, so we don't pretend to do it in-house. Your jacket goes to the leather specialist we've used since 2013, insured door to door.
- Cleaned, re-oiled, and colour-refreshed by an actual leather house
- Suede re-napped so the surface stands back up
- Firm quote before it ships — nothing leaves without your OK
- Two to three weeks, honestly stated — rush isn't possible, so we don't sell it

Straight answers
Work we'll send you elsewhere for
- Shoe repair and re-heeling — the cobbler two doors east is excellent
- Fur storage — needs climate vaults we don't have and won't improvise
- Carpet and rug cleaning — a plant job; we'll give you the number we trust
- Bridal alterations from scratch — Nadia hems and takes in, but full re-cuts belong with a bridal seamstress

Every price is on the list before you walk in. Drop-off takes about ninety seconds — the drop box takes thirty.
