No expiration, stacks with offers, lost cards re-issued, refunds within 90 days. The policy is the policy — we don't change it for difficult cases. We've issued 6 refunds in 22 years.

Combined with offers
Stacks with corporate accounts (5% off) and the laundered-shirt subscription. We don't have anti-stacking policies; if you have a discount, it applies.
Lost or stolen
Email helen@quickline-cleaners.com with the original purchase email. We can re-issue with the remaining balance — usually within an hour during business hours.
Refunds
Within 90 days of purchase, full refund to original payment method (sender, not recipient). After 90 days, store credit only. We've issued 6 refunds in 22 years.
