‘Pickup window was missed’
Rare but real. Sometimes weather, traffic, or unexpected demand delays our pickup van. We’ve gotten better at communicating delays + offering rescheduling. Still room to improve.
‘Stain not fully removed’
Some stains can’t be fully removed (set-in coffee, ink, dye transfer). We communicate before cleaning + adjust pricing. Sometimes customers feel we should have removed something we couldn’t. Honest disclosure helps.
‘Closed Sunday inconvenient’
Family-business decision. We’re committed to Sunday closure for our employees + family. Customers occasionally express frustration; we use the dropbox option to mitigate impact.
‘Pricing higher than discount cleaner’
True — we’re not the cheapest option in Chicago. We’re competitive with neighborhood quality cleaners but more expensive than discount chains. Customers who choose us value speed + quality + service over absolute lowest price.
