Prices, published
Every package fee and per-guest catering range is on the packages page. No "starting at," no phone-number toll gate.

Saturdays, visible
Twelve months of Saturdays — open, held, or booked — on the availability ledger, updated the way we'd want it if we were the ones planning.

Rain plan, standing
The Conservatory is reserved with every garden ceremony, dressed and waiting. The call is made with you at 10 a.m. — never for you.

The Great Hall

The 1872 bank barn, rebuilt beam by beam with a white-limed ceiling and iron ring chandeliers.

A glass-and-timber garden house at the edge of the kitchen garden, strung with warm bulbs.

The Estate Weekend

The whole estate, all weekend. Rehearsal dinner in the Conservatory on Friday, the wedding on Saturday, and a slow send-off breakfast on Sunday — with the farmhouse yours for both nights.

The classic Alder House day: twelve hours, three spaces, one wedding. The same package books Fridays and Sundays at a lower fee — the day is identical, only the calendar differs.

The Great Hall with its fires lit and the Conservatory glowing across the courtyard. Eight hours, up to one hundred people, and the estate's quietest, most candlelit months.

Come stand in the garden
Photographs are honest here, but the garden at four o'clock makes its own argument. Tours run Wednesday to Sunday and take forty-five unhurried minutes.
