The Estate Weekend
Friday noon – Sunday 11 a.m. · Up to 180 guests
The whole estate, all weekend. Rehearsal dinner in the Conservatory on Friday, the wedding on Saturday, and a slow send-off breakfast on Sunday — with the farmhouse yours for both nights.

- Friday vendor load-in from 9 a.m. and Sunday strike until 11 a.m.
- Parking field for 90 cars with an attendant on the wedding day
- Courtyard bonfire with seating, wood, and permit on both nights

The Saturday
One day, 10 a.m. – 11 p.m. · Up to 180 guests
The classic Alder House day: twelve hours, three spaces, one wedding. The same package books Fridays and Sundays at a lower fee — the day is identical, only the calendar differs.

The Winter House
November – April · 8 hours · 40 – 100 guests
The Great Hall with its fires lit and the Conservatory glowing across the courtyard. Eight hours, up to one hundred people, and the estate's quietest, most candlelit months.

Three courses served to the table; two mains chosen in advance plus a standing vegetarian option. The range moves with your protein choices, not hidden fees.
Shared platters down the harvest tables — the way the hall was built to eat. Most Alder House couples choose this.
Four chef-attended stations plus a standing graze. Suits cocktail-format receptions in the hall at 200.
Out at 9:30 p.m.: grilled-cheese and tomato soup cups in winter, wood-oven flatbreads in summer.

Ontario craft beer, house wines from two Niagara growers, rail spirits, and two signature cocktails.
Adds premium spirits, a sparkling toast pour, and a third cocktail. Same last call: 10:30 p.m.
The quiet option — often paired with a single signature cocktail at $6 a pour on consumption.
Two crafted zero-proof cocktails, Ontario sparkling juices, and proper coffee service. Included free for designated drivers — tell your steward.
The estate holds the liquor licence; all pours are Smart Serve staffed and last call is 10:30 p.m. — details in the FAQ.
