Do you take walk-ins?
Rarely — the studio is appointment-led so stations can be fully reset between guests. If a slot opens same-day we post it, so it's always worth a call. The build-your-visit page shows live availability for the next two weeks.
How should I prepare for a facial?
Arrive with whatever face you have. We'll cleanse. If you're using prescription retinoids or have had recent injectables, mention it when you book so we can adjust pressure and actives.
Can two of us book together?
Yes — the nail room seats six, so pairs are easy. Add a note in the booking form and we'll set adjacent stations. For the skin room, we'll stagger facials back-to-back.
What's your cancellation policy?
Life happens. Give us 24 hours and there's no charge, ever. Inside 24 hours we ask for half the booked value, waived the first time.
Is the studio scent-free?
Close to it. We use low-odour gel systems, source-capture ventilation at every station, and no burning candles or diffusers. Guests with sensitivities tell us it's the easiest salon air they've breathed.
