Petal & Polish is one storefront — the nail bar, the skincare suite, and the tea-and-tile lobby. Engineered ventilation, music below 60 bpm, phone-free after 2 pm. The quiet is the work.

05Why we built it this way
Real ventilation
Nail rooms are notoriously badly-ventilated. We installed HEPA + separate HVAC at buildout. The air actually moves; the smell doesn't sit.
No upsell at the chair
Add-ons are visible on the menu and on the booking app. Techs don't pitch upgrades during the service. The conversation is yours, not ours.
Phone-free is real
We'll keep your phone at the front during your service. Five techs · five quiet hours. Most regulars say it's the only quiet they get all week.
