Can I share a 3-mani pack?

No, packs are individual. Birthday gifts work — we'll attach the pack to a recipient's account on request.

Do packs expire?

90 days from purchase. We text reminders 14 days, 7 days, 24 hours before the last unused visit.

Q · 03

Refund a pack?

Within 14 days, no questions. After 14 days, we'll convert remaining visits to cash credit at standard pricing.

Q · 04

Stack a pack with add-ons?

Yes. Pack covers the base service; add-ons (paraffin, brow shape, tint) charge separately at the chair.
