About the price
Facial prices only change if you add something. Your esthetician may suggest one add-on if it suits your skin that day. Saying no is always fine.
Sensitive skin and patch tests
Patch tests and sensitive skin FAQ- Tell us when you book if you use a prescription retinoid or acne medicine, had a peel, laser, or injectables in the last two weeks, are pregnant, or have allergies.
- Trying a peel, dermaplaning, or a new active for the first time? Ask for a free patch test at least 48 hours before your facial.
- A little pinkness for an hour or two is normal. Stinging that does not settle is not, so tell us right away and we stop.
- Brushes, sponges, and extraction tools are single-use or sterilised in the autoclave, the same as our nail tools.
