Project inquiries
studio@hartwellhomes.com or the form below. Most prospective clients send a brief — what + where + when + approximate scope. We respond within a week with whether it sounds like a fit + what an early conversation would look like.
Studio phone
1 (508) 555-0312 · Mon–Fri 9am–5pm ET. Studio phone goes to our studio manager who routes appropriately. We don’t do front-desk gatekeeping.
Studio visits
By appointment only. Cambridge studio. We host visits for prospective clients we’ve had at least one prior conversation with. Walk-ins not accepted (architects + builders are usually deep in work).

After-hours
Active-project clients have direct mobile numbers for their project manager + lead architect. After-hours response by your project team only — we don’t maintain a generic after-hours desk.

- Massachusetts HIC #197214. Construction Supervisor License (CSL) #110423. Hartwell Homes carries general liability + builder’s risk + workers compensation per project. Certificates of insurance available on request.
