5,200 SF · 4 bed / 5 bath · Infill site, urban context. Brick + steel structure, custom hand-blown glass, hidden geothermal. Architect: Annabelle Selldorf.
Acadia Coast — 2023
7,800 SF · Mount Desert Island · Coastal exposure, multi-volume composition with three pavilions. Local granite + spruce. Architect: studio in-house.
Stockbridge Farmhouse — 2022
6,400 SF · 3 outbuildings · Berkshire foothills, on a working farm. Reclaimed timber frame, lime-plaster walls, geothermal. Architect: Tom Kundig.
Marblehead Point — 2022
11,200 SF · 6 bed / 7 bath · Oceanfront site with stone seawall. Storm-resilient structure, copper standing-seam roof. Architect: studio in-house.
Connecticut River Estate — 2021
14,800 SF main house + 2 outbuildings · Multi-generational compound. Vermont marble, hand-fit timber framing. Architect: Robert A.M. Stern Architects.

Brookline 1894 — 2024
Major addition + whole-home renovation. New 4,200 SF rear addition; complete reimagining of original 1894 envelope. Award: NAHB Best in American Living, Renovation Category.
Cambridge Lawrence — 2023
Greek Revival farmhouse, complete renovation + 2,800 SF addition. Restoration of original plaster + millwork; modern intervention reads as deliberate.
Manchester Sea Cliff — 2023
1920s shingle-style sea cliff house. Addition + interior reconfiguration. Geothermal retrofit, structural insulation, all-modern systems within historic envelope.
Lexington Center — 2022
1820s Federal-style center hall. Addition adds 3 bedrooms + family room. Original four-room plan preserved. Featured in Architectural Record.

Cambridge Carriage — 2024
1,400 SF, 2-bed ADU on Cambridge property. Designed as art studio + guest house. Often the start of larger relationships.
Edgartown Guest Cottage — 2023
880 SF · Vineyard guest house behind main residence. Same materials, scaled-down vocabulary. Featured in Coastal Living.
Newport Boathouse — 2022
Reconstruction of 1907 boathouse. Marine engineering + traditional joinery. AIA Boston Honor Award.
Wellesley Pool House — 2022
1,200 SF pool house with full kitchen + 2 bedrooms. Year-round use; integrated with main residence’s landscape.

9,800 SF on Cape Cod National Seashore-adjacent site. Dunes-sensitive design, NEPA-approved. Architect: studio in-house.
Greenwich Estate Renovation — Q4 2025 break ground
Major addition + renovation of 1928 estate. New garage outbuilding, complete envelope retrofit, geothermal.
Camden Point — Q1 2026 break ground
Coastal Maine, working harbor view. Modest 4,800 SF; emphasis on craft over square footage. Architect: Tom Kundig.
Boston Brownstone — Q2 2026 break ground
Beacon Hill rowhouse, full restoration + interior reconfiguration. Historic district, Section 106 review complete.
