Can I return a product I've opened?

Yes — within 30 days, opened or not. Skin is personal; a formula that suits most people can still not suit yours, and you shouldn't pay to find that out.

Are your formulas safe during pregnancy?

Everything except Slow Night Retinal — retinoids are off the menu while pregnant or breastfeeding. When in doubt, bring the INCI list (it's on every product page) to your doctor.

Will you ever launch a 12-step line?

No. Ten formulas is a promise, not a phase. If we ever add an eleventh, it will be because one of the ten retired.
