- Packed in 1 to 2 business daysOrder by noon Atlantic time on a weekday and it usually leaves the next business day.
- Tracking by emailYou get a tracking link as soon as the courier scans your parcel.
- US duties and taxesIf any apply, they are shown at checkout before you pay. No surprise bills at the door.
Returns, even opened.
If a product does not suit your skin, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we will refund it, opened or not.
- 01 Email usWrite to hello@fogline.example with your order number and which product. A sentence on why helps us improve, but you do not have to explain.
- 02 Get a labelIn Canada we send a free prepaid return label. From the US, returns are at your cost, or keep the item and we refund it anyway if shipping it back costs more than it is worth.
- 03 Get your refundWe refund to your original payment within 5 business days of the item arriving back, or right away if you are keeping it.
Once per product
Opened returns are accepted once per product per customer, so we can keep offering them.
Damaged in transit
Send a photo within 7 days of delivery. We send a replacement free, and you do not need to return the broken item.
Refill orders
Skip, move or cancel any time before the ship date. We email 3 days ahead. If one slips through, it is covered by the same 30 days.
