- Where we ship: the United States and Canada. Nowhere else yet.
- When it leaves: orders placed by 12pm ET on a business day ship the same day. Later orders, and weekend orders, ship the next business day.
- Free shipping: Standard shipping is free when your order is $150 or more before shipping. Express and Priority always cost the price shown.
- No surprise fees: duties are already in our prices, so nothing is collected at your door.
- Tracking: you get a tracking link by email as soon as the box leaves the studio.
Returns and exchanges
60 days, free, no fuss
You have 60 days from the day your order is delivered. Returns and size exchanges are free in the U.S. and Canada. The shipping you paid on the first order is not refunded, unless we sent the wrong thing or it arrived damaged.
You can return
- Clothes that are unworn and unwashed, with the tags still on
- Things you tried on at home to check the fit
- Sale items (we have no final-sale items)
- Home pieces that are unused and still in their wrap
- Gifts, for store credit, without telling the giver
We can't take back
- Clothes that have been worn outside, washed or altered
- Items with the tags removed
- Anything that smells of smoke, perfume or pets
- Anything more than 60 days after delivery
- Single tees from a Weekend Stack (return the whole pack)
How to send something back

Step 1
Tell us
Message the studio with your order number and what you are sending back. Say if you want a refund or a different size.

Step 2
Get your label
We email a prepaid return label within one business day. It is free in the U.S. and Canada.

Step 3
Pack and drop off
Use the original box or any paper packaging. Drop it at the post office or any carrier location.

Step 4
Get your refund
We refund your original payment within 5 business days of the parcel reaching us. Exchanges ship as soon as the carrier scans your return.
If we got it wrong
Wrong item or damaged in the mail
Message us within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We send the right item or a replacement straight away, pay all the shipping both ways, and refund any shipping you paid. You don't need to wait for the first parcel to reach us.
After the 60 days
Worn it and something broke? That's a repair.
Seams, zips, buttons, holes, re-waxing and darning are free for the life of anything we make. Normal wear counts, and so do accidents.
Send us a photo and we email a prepaid label, or drop it at the Halifax workroom. Most repairs are back with you in about two weeks.
