Most decaf tastes like a compromise. This one doesn't. We use the sugarcane (EA) process — a naturally derived solvent that strips caffeine while leaving the cup's structure intact — on a sweet washed Colombian. You get caramel, dark cherry, and cocoa, with enough body to pull a credible evening espresso. It's the bag we drink after dinner, and the one decaf drinkers tell us finally tastes like coffee.
