Grown on the flat, sun-drenched plateaus of the Cerrado Mineiro and dried whole on the cherry, this natural-process bag is all comfort: dark chocolate, toasted hazelnut, and a sweetness that survives milk beautifully. We roast it a shade darker — city-plus — for crema and body. If you pull shots at home, start here; it's forgiving and consistently delicious.
