Cold brew shouldn't be an afterthought. This is a purpose-built blend of Brazilian natural and washed Honduran, ground coarse and roasted to land sweet and round when steeped cold for 16–18 hours. The result is low-acid, chocolate-forward, and impossibly smooth over ice — cut it with water or milk to taste. Each bag ships with two reusable steep pouches and a one-page recipe card; one bag makes roughly two litres of concentrate.
