These are the same words that appear on the review step before you pay. Nothing hidden in a terms page.

Cancel anytime
Two clicks, no call, no exit survey.
Go to Account, then Membership, then Cancel. That's it. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, and we won't email you about it more than once.

Refunds on monthly plans
Full refund on your first payment for 14 days.
If the first month isn't for you, email us within 14 days and we refund the whole thing, no questions. After that we don't refund part-months, but you can cancel whenever you like.

Refunds on yearly plans
Full refund for 30 days, then unused whole months.
Yearly plans get a full refund within 30 days. After 30 days, ask and we refund the whole months you haven't used yet.

Pause instead of quitting
Up to 3 months a year, free.
Studio closed for the summer? Pause for up to three months a year. You aren't charged while paused, and your progress, posts and crit history stay right where they were.

If a payment fails
14 days of grace, nothing deleted.
Cards expire. If a renewal fails, we email you and keep your access open for 14 days while you update it. We never delete your progress or posts over a failed payment.

If prices change
30 days' notice, old price for 12 more months.
If we ever raise prices, current members get 30 days' notice by email and keep their old price for another 12 months.

Currency and tax
US dollars. Tax shown before you pay.
Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax or VAT is added only where the law requires it, and you always see it on the review step before you pay.

Money tight?
Library for $5 a month. Just ask.
Email us and we'll set your Library membership to $5 a month. No proof, no forms, no awkward questions. It's paid for by Mentorship members, and they know it.
Buying for someone else?
Gift memberships are paid once, never renew on their own, and are refundable until they're redeemed.
