- Monday – Friday: 8:00am – 6:00pm Saturday: 9:00am – 1:00pm (members' urgent hours) Physician messaging: 24/7 — replies same day, usually within the hour
- Getting here
- Two-hour street parking on Larchmont Row; validated spots in the Garland garage. The 6th Avenue bus stops at the corner, and there's a bike room off the lobby — ask reception for the code.
A note on urgency: Atrium is not an emergency service. If someone may be in danger, call 911. Members with urgent after-hours worries: use the after-hours line — a physician calls back within 30 minutes.
