A filling at Polished starts with a photo of the tooth on the ceiling screen, so you can see exactly what we see — the decay, the crack, the worn edge. Then a firm, written price for the exact repair. Only then does anything happen.
We use modern composite resin, layered and cured to match your enamel's shade and translucency. It bonds to the tooth (which means we remove less of it than old-style amalgam required) and it's polished until your tongue can't find the seam.

Intraoral photos on the screen. You'll know exactly why this tooth, and you'll get the exact price in writing.

Numb properly, test, then start
Topical gel first, then anesthetic, then we test. We don't start until you genuinely can't feel it.

Layer, shape, polish
Composite built in thin layers, shaped to your bite, polished smooth. About 20 minutes per tooth once you're numb.

Bite check
We check your bite carefully, and again free of charge if anything feels high once the numbness wears off.
Fair questions
Why is the price a range?
Fillings are priced by the number of tooth surfaces involved. One surface sits at the bottom of the range, three or more at the top. Yours is quoted exactly — in writing — before we start.
Do I have to replace my old silver fillings?
Only if they're failing. We'll show you the photo evidence either way, and 'it's fine, leave it' is an answer we give often.
