What the job is really like
Most days are calm: breakfast, a shower, a walk, a good talk. Some days are hard. A client is confused or upset, or a family is scared after a hospital stay.
You'll never be on your own. Your care manager answers any hour, your schedule is built around the hours you asked for, and we'll always back you when you say something isn't safe.
